Ria M wrote:

I have got some great ways to relieve stress even though I don't really get that stressed very often. First of all, you could get a squishy however this will cost money as you have to buy them so ask a parent first. If you do get to buy a squishy then try to get a slow rising one depending on what you prefer. Secondly, (if you like doing art) do some art which is great fun and also great for stress relieving. When you do the art, don't worry about it being messy - just be you. Finally, making slime could also be great for squishing and playing about with. If you go onto youtube there will be lots of videos to watch on how to make tons of different types of slimes. Remember, be creative, don't be stressed and have fun!! I hope my tips helped you!

How about listening to music with no lyrics or words in? It helps a lot and it even helps me go to sleep! And it's IMPOSSIBLE to make me sleep!!!

The help of mindfulness has really helped with my stress.

Ria M wrote:

Recently I have got a shading set and a massive book on artist drawing techniques and now I can do proper shading! I suggest doing some shading to reduce your stress because it requires alot of concentration so it can take your mind off bad things or stressful things that you can’t get out of your mind. It is a great hobby to have and it is something to work on. It always helps me now to shade when I’m not feeling very happy. I hope this helped with your stress.
