Today we had a fantastic workshop from Yellow Brick Road all about the Golden Age of Islam. The children learnt many new things such as:

"Baghdad was mainly populated by four religions - Islam, Judaism, Christianity and Zoroastrians" - Anaya

"Zager was one of the Gods from the Mesopotamian era" - Lara

"The Tigris river and the Euphrates river surrounded Baghdad" - Mya

"Mesopotamia was under Egypt" - Vinutha
