Curriculum
In Year 3, we value a broad and balanced curriculum, enriched with practical and experiential learning opportunities. We work hard to deliver engaging and creative lessons whilst remaining focused on meeting the high expectations of the National Curriculum. We believe in developing the whole child and enabling all children to experience success and feel valued. For more information on our curiculum, you can find the year 3 curriculum overview attached below.
Homework
Homework will be set each week on a Friday and should be completed by the following Thursday. Homework will consist of weekly spellings set on Spelling Shed, Times Table Rock Stars practice and MyMaths. Your child should continue to read at home everyday and this can become more independent as their confidence grows. Please make use of the reading diaries to record what they have read.
